SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping operates from Monday through Saturday, utilizing carriers such as IPO, FedEx, DHL, DTDC, etc. Once your order is shipped, please allow time for tracking information to update within the carrier's system. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and aim to cultivate lasting relationships with our customers at SimpliSource.
ORDER PROCESSING
For items in stock, our standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM India Standard Time (IST) on a business day typically undergo processing the same day. Please note that processing times do not affect estimated delivery times. We do not process orders on weekends or Indian holidays. Additional processing time may be necessary for larger orders, international shipments, and orders requiring further customer information.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We accept returns for items damaged due to our fault or manufacturer defects within 30 days of the original purchase.
Should you receive a damaged item or find an item missing from your order, please contact us promptly. Once we verify the claim's validity, we will promptly ship the missing or replacement item at no additional cost to you. To prevent fraudulent claims, we meticulously document and photograph all orders before shipment. Claims regarding missing items or damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the shipment. upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For Pay on Delivery orders, we will ask you for your bank details and transfer the money digitally. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If a refund is warranted, we will manually process the refund for the appropriate amount upon receiving the returned items. Please note that chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in the client being added to our no-sell list. Refunds are issued only after the returned items are received by us. However, we encourage you to contact us first with any concerns, as most issues can be easily resolved.
Please note that accessories once ordered are non-returnable and non-refundable.
